Well hello, Yoga Mommas! First of all congratulations! Having a baby is one of the most profound physical and emotional experiences of your life. This incredible time can also be a tremendous opportunity for growth. Prenatal Yoga is an amazing practice to help prepare your body for childbirth. It is a gentle yet empowering practice using supportive posture for you to connect with your body and baby (And still providing a safe and effective workout). In our Prenatal classes place focus and attention stretching and postures to help prepare you for birth. During pregnancy, yoga helps build muscular strength and flexibility, develop balance and coordination, increase circulation and promote relaxation. In your class, you will also work with the breath to help ride the waves of the sensation of pregnancy. It is our goal to have you, mommas, to be tap further into your intuition by listening to your body, your breath, and your baby.
These are series classes that run once a week over 8 weeks. Please be sure to ask how to preregister for the next series!
