Intro to Ride

Feeling a little nervous? Never done an indoor cycle or spin class before? Well, you have found the right studio to start! We make it easy! If you have never been to an indoor cycling class before then try our intro to ride class. High energy meets newbies in this class our Cycle instructors will familiarize you with all the things you need to know for your ride. Bike setup, studio navigation, what to expect from a cycling class, riding techniques, will all be covered in this class. You will walk out of this session feeling confident and ready for more. All it takes is pushing through those first sessions, as they are always the hardest. Once you do, don’t be surprised if you find yourself addicted.

Drills and Hills

If you are looking for a new hard-core spinning class, Drill and Hills indoor cycling routines, designed with specific techniques to maximize your workout results immediately, well… then look no further. Open to everyone, all indoor riders can benefit from this class to help improve their coordination, speed, aerobic and anaerobic power, and specific cycling skills. Drills and Hills is an awesome class to perfect your speed, endurance, power, and refine your sports technique overall. This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!

And if that doesn’t sound rewarding enough then think of all the sweat melting out of your body while we turn up some killer tunes to motivate and inspire your drills. This class will leave you with a euphoric endorphin boost that lasts!

Cardio Party

Pedal to the metal and turn that music up! This class is for those who want to have fun fun fun and cycle our worries and calories away. Feel the rhythm, ride to the beat. In this class, we are going to be dipping and drilling while grinding and grooving out to heavy beats. This class moves with the music. All your efforts end when the song ends and then we are on to the next track. Whoot Whoot Cardio Parry! Focusing on Cardiovascular Strength this is a full-body strength training class where we break out all the stops incorporating endurance and power to make this a well-rounded, exhilarating class.

SASS spin + abs + stretch + shavasana

SAS spin + abs + stretch class is the perfect way to start your day. You will be feeling muscles you never knew you had! What to expect: 30 mins of nonstop spin in Studio 3, flowing into 20 mins of core work 20minutes for a full-body stretch and then a Shavasana in Studio 2. You’ll leave sweaty, energized, stretched out with a sense of inner peace.
